Alex Trueblood is renowned for his legal expertise and dedication to serving his clients in Indianapolis, Carmel, and throughout the state of Indiana. With a broad range of legal proficiencies, he offers comprehensive representation for legal matters within the state of Indiana.
Since graduating from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2014, Alex has represented clients in personal injury, class action, insurance coverage, construction, and environmental litigation. He has tried cases in state and federal courts in Indiana, and has even argued before the Indiana Supreme Court. His profound knowledge of the law, coupled with his unwavering commitment to his clients, sets him apart from his contemporaries.
Having previously spent nearly four years working in civil litigation defense, including insurance defense, Alex understands the processes and mindsets of the attorneys on both sides of a case. Now that he is once again representing plaintiffs, this experience gives Alex unique insight into how to effectively present his clients’ cases and anticipate the arguments and strategies to be expected from the other side. Alex Trueblood is a lifelong Indianapolis native. He graduated from North Central High School in 2005, Indiana University in 2009, and the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2014. After nine years of practicing law in areas including personal injury, class actions, disability insurance appeals and litigation, construction, and environmental litigation, Alex joined Yosha Cook & Tisch in May of 2023.
