After receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2019, Nick joined a general business practice who he had clerked for while attending law school. In this position, Nick gained experience in the following areas: insurance litigation; contract-drafting; real estate law; corporate law; and estate law. Nick joined Yosha Law Firm in November of 2020.
Nick’s down-to-earth and friendly personality helps put clients at ease and he walks clients through each step of their case. From initial contact to final resolution, Nick is hands-on. He handles each client with individualized care to ensure clients have their questions and concerns fully addressed. Nick helps each client stay on track to achieve positive results by monitoring the progress of their case and staying in constant contact with the client, opposing counsel, and court staff. Nick takes every injury claim seriously and dedicates his full time and attention to the needs of the client. Nicholas Tuttle, Jr., graduated from Cathedral High School in 2012, Indiana University, Bloomington, in 2016, and obtained his J.D. from the McKinney School of Law in 2019. After receiving his Juris Doctorate, Nick joined a general business practice that he had clerked for while attending law school. In this position, Nick gained experience in insurance litigation, estate law, contract drafting, and real estate law. He is an associate attorney at Yosha Law Firm since 2020, where he specializes in personal injury litigation. Nick also heads the estate planning at Yosha Law Firm.
